My nutrition approach is holistic and tailored your needs. You can either opt for a macro-based plan or a structured meal plan that fits your lifestyle. You can either select your own food sources or learn to be flexible by tracking your macros.

Regular check-ins, whether weekly or monthly, are essential for maintaining accountability. These check-ins help you stay on track. Feedback during these sessions can prevent loss of motivation.

Will I Work Directly with You?
Yes, you’ll be working directly with me. I'll send you your program and schedule check-ins via WhatsApp at a time that works best for you.
Is This Coaching Available Internationally?
Having lived in both France and Australia, I offer coaching programs that are available internationally, serving clients from all around the world, no matter where you're located.
Can I Include My Favourite Foods in the Program?
Yes! The nutrition program includes incorporating foods you enjoy. With a macro-based plan, you'll understand how macronutrients work, giving you the flexibility to make food choices that support both your digestion and your overall goals.
What’s the Difference Between a Macros Plan and a Nutrition Plan?
A Macros Plan focuses on the amounts and ratios of protein, carbs, and fats, and is ideal for those who want flexibility and to learn (I'll explain everything in detail during a video chat). A Nutrition Plan is a structured plan that guides your food choices and portion sizes, perfect for those who prefer to simply follow a set plan.
What’s the Minimum Commitment Required?
I enjoy working with clients who are genuinely committed to their growth and transformation. While I can't make anyone work with me, I do ask for a minimum commitment of two months to ensure I can dedicate the necessary time and effort. After that, we can continue on a month-to-month basis.
How Will I Receive My Program?
I'll create a WhatsApp group for your nutrition program, where you'll receive your plan. We'll track your progress with check-ins either weekly or bi-weekly, based on what works best for you.
How Many Options Do I Get for My Nutrition Plan?
I provide three options per meal for each client. Before that, clients select the foods they enjoy and eat regularly, ensuring the plan aligns with their preferences.
